Logo Design A to Z – XYZ Combo

Some time ago we began a series of posts on logo design. Our goal? To cover as many logos as we can until the end of the year... we started with logos starting with A, today we end it with a XYZ combo. We've been seeing some great logos, and we wish that it was a great journey for you guys.

We've always searched for logos in these galleries: Logopond, Logo Faves, Logo Moose, Logo from Dreams, Logo Gala, WS Logos, The Logo Mix and Wolda. We hope you all enjoy our selection of XYZ logos! Cheers. ;)

Fantastic Batgirl Illustrations

Checking my Deviant Watch updates at DeviantART, I totally realized that we never had a post featuring Batgirl. I know that there are many, many fans of her out there, from the cheezy purple/yellow costumed one, to the more darker versions.

So I went looking for some art, and found some great illustrations! Some are colorful, some a cute, some are badass... and that just shows us that Batgirl is an awesome chick in a cape! So, here's my selection. I hope you enjoy these. Cheers. ;)

Beautiful Social Media “Book Covers”

What if social media websites were books? What would their covers look like? Would it be minimalist? Would it be vintage-like? There might be tons of answers to my questions, but I really enjoy Stéphane Massa-Bidal's take.

The Greatest Custom Action Figures Ever Made

When I was a kid, one of my biggest passions was action figures! I was a total G.I. Joe freak, and until today, whenever I see a cool action figure, and just drool over it. But John Mallamas has took action figures custom making to a whole other level.

Think custom actions figures made by a guy just like you, but make this guy the Da Vinci of action figures. Now you get a picture of whom we're dealing with. In John's gallery at DeviantART there are tons of these... and that just makes me think: what a great way to make a living. I've selected my favorites, but you should really visit him for much more fun, fun custom action figures! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did. Cheers! ;)

Beautiful Introspective Photography

One of the main reasons why I love photography so much, is that it captures introspective moments so well. Some people might think that being introspective means that you're sad, but they're wrong. Being introspective is much more... is looking inside yourself, looking at your soul. These moments are awesome.

I know that some of you might not even enjoy these moments, by taking a good look inside you from time to time is a good way to clean things, put things in order. And thanks to photogaphy, there are introspective photography not only for people, but for animals and any other thing too. I guess that's the magic of it. Anything is possible. Wonderful Illustrations of the Wizard of Oz

I guess we all love classic movies, right? The most worship one of those old, classic ones, is probably the Wizard of Oz, with all the speculations behind it... Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon sync and all that. It is truly a wonderful and full of meanings movie.

Beautiful Watercolor Illustrations of Super Heroes and Villains

I've probably said it before, but watercolor is definetely one of the greatest techniques of painting there is! It's truly incredible what a good illustration will do with it... so I thought it would be cool to find some watercolor illustrations of Super heroes and villains.

And as usual, I started looking for some cool illustrations at DeviantART, and found a whole bunch of sweet, beautiful illustrations, and they're listed below! The colors give each illustration a particular feeling, a single mood for every and each one, and that's exactly what I found fantastic about it. The Awesomeness of Old B Horror Movies

Retro horror movies posters are pretty sweet, and designing them requires much more than just checking references and all that. The best reference to make a killer horror movie poster is to actually watch some old B horror movies!

I know that Halloween is gone, but we don't need an excuse to design and watch cool trailers, right? So here I made a selection of some really trashy, retro B horror movies trailers for your delight.
